What the score measures
The score is published by this directory. It measures the strength of a public review record, not the quality of any business’s work.
Star rating
Up to 47 points. A 5.0 rating earns the full allocation; 4.0 or above starts to score.
Review volume
Up to 35 points. 200 or more reviews earns the maximum; fewer than 15 can reduce the total.
Online presence
Up to 18 points for supplying both a website and a phone number in the public record.
Component totals describe the source record. A high score does not verify qualifications, availability or suitability for your job.
